The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) hasn’t changed its stance. The only way the Indian cricket team can travel to Pakistan for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is if the government allows them to. BCCI vice-president Rajeev Shukla was asked the question in a press conference at the Kanpur Stadium, and he stated that the cricket board will abide by whatever the government’s decision is.

“No decision has been taken on it. Our policy is that for international tours, we always seek permission from the government. It’s up to the government to decide whether or not our team should go to any country. Whatever the government will decide, we will abide by that,” Shukla told reporters.
