The Pakistan Cricket Team has been dealt a massive blow. Leg spinner Abrar Ahmed is missing from action on Day 4 of the PAK vs ENG 1st Test in Multan. As per reports, the player is currently running a high fever and thus has been hospitalized. Taking advantage of the missing leggie, England continued to pile on Pakistan’s misery the visitors have now taken a lead of over 100 runs.

Pakistan desperately needed wickets early on Day 4 in Multan. But with Abrar Ahmed missing, they had to rely on Salman Agha, Saud Shakeel, and Saim Ayub for their spin attack. “Bowling options for Pakistan are limited today. Abrar Ahmed has been hospitalized. He’s suffering from a fever,” said Ramiz Raja during commentary on Day 4.
